Exceptional

Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Brugge! It exceeded all expectations.

Canal Suites is AMAZING! The rooms are stunning and the views and location are even better! It's location is perfect and the views of the canal is so picturesque. Can not recommend this property enough. Truly the best place to stay in Brugge!

Disappointing

The location, the view on the canal

The room had poors acoustic insulation, we were disturbed by the noise from the circulations, and the room just above us. Moreover, the AC system was very noisy. Joint moisture was visible in the bathroom.

Lovely bit of flemish style

I stay here whenever I go to bruges (if its available) it's classic Flemish style and the rooms look out onto the canal. It's a 2 minute walk if that to the main square so very central.

Great location, great staff, just a few minor issues that we had to get sorted.

Very central location, easy to walk into the main squares and all the main attractions. The canal tours go past the room on the canal. The staff at the sister hotel were excellent and very helpful.

The fridge was not on and we had to pull it out to plug it in. There was no stopper in the bath, but this dd get sorted. The TV was small and basic. We were not confident in using the safe. An option to take breakfast at the sister hotel would be good. The chair in the room was not vey comfy (see picture!).

Very clean and very nicely arranged. The furniture and type

The sinks and shower faucets should be fixed. When we turned any of them on brown water came out and we had to let it run for a while to clear out. This happened the night we got there and we finally got clean water but then it the morning the water was brown again
