The most perfect idyll

The best hotel weve ever stayed at and weve stayed at a lot! The reviews and photos dont do it justice. Its the most tranquil place, perfect if you want to experience a quieter side of Ibiza but still be close to old town or if you want somewhere wholesome after going out. The staff are absolutely amazing. Cant be faulted and the food was incredible. Weve already booked for next year.

The only recommendation Id make is mosquito nets for the beds but otherwise faultless

Stylish, unpretentious and peaceful

This property is fantastic. I usually never bother writing reviews but felt compelled to after our stay here. The hotel is only about ten minutes away from the clubbing district but it makes you feel like youre in the middle of the countryside. Its beautiful, thoughtfully designed, tranquil and private. It is also very stylish. The food was absolutely excellent and not overly expensive for Ibiza. The sun beds are comfortable and very private with a button for calling a waiter and great storage for bags etc, and best of all, there was no thumping music blasting all day. The hotel was relatively busy but we felt like we were the only people there. The room size was perfect for a couple, with large showers and comfortable beds. We loved walking around and looking at the lime trees and beautiful scenery. I cant recommend this place enough - we will definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic hotel !

Absolutely fantastic! The staff were so lovely and friendly,amazing food on every level from breakfast to dinner can NOT think of anything I would change apart from it being adults only as its such a peaceful environment and as soon as a noisy child turned up at the end of our stay I was relieved we were able to enjoy it without any.

Service. We arrived after a very tiring journeys (due to 2,5 of delay on our first flight we missed our second flight to ibiza and bought anouther ticket and waited so long for it etc) there was no one on the reception when we arrived. There was no one, it was so strange. We called the number on the desk but the phone was not with the staff it was also on reception. It was very bizarre. Other than that we put do not disturb card on our door, we didnt want anyone to enter but they took the card out and entered&cleaned our room, it is unacceptable. We contacted the reception to understand why they did it, the receptionist told that she doesnt know because it wasnt her shift :) i told her to let us know but no one contacted us. Horrible horrible customer service. Never again..
