Very poor

A few weeks ago, I planned to stay at the Caldera Premium Villas for 3 nights, enticed by the hotel's picturesque location within Santorini. However, my plans were abruptly halted when I suffered a Trimalleolas ankle fracture ( worst type of ankle fracture) while walking down the old stone staircase leading to the hotel check-in/ entrance. Despite the hotel's appealing features, the dangerous and uneven conditions of the steps caused me to slip, resulting in a fractured ankle (one that will take months to heal). This unfortunate incident effectively cancelled my three-night stay, and my family and I had to fly back to Athens promptly for surgery. It's crucial for the Caldera to address the perilous step entrance, ensuring a safe and accessible experience for all guests and preventing such incidents from marring future visitors' experiences in Santorini and Greece.

Location

The room was too noisy as it was close to breakfast room and common toilet area. Cant sleep whole night due to coffee machine sound and echo of noice due to curve rooms.

All in all it was an enjoyable time. Wish people told us exactly what all to see in around the Hotel

Location and the views were wonderful. Staff receiving us and picking us up from the parking was all very good. breakfast items for good

. Going down the cliff to the bottom most level was a bit hard. Maybe some ropes or other assistance would be helpful. Oh, perhaps some snacks in the lower most room would be helpful. Could start breakfast at 7 AM Also, we had to search which path to take when we were out for watching sunset.

Staff are very polite and catering for your needs. Breakfast team are awesome and always look after there customers Cleaners are great and ensure they make the place clean whilst you are out without disturbing you.

Great caldera views stay

The views and staff attentiveness were great! We were welcomed with a really refreshing lemonade drink and they had staff to help us carry our luggage.

The rooms were quite small and the breakfast was a little disappointing.
