Superb

the spacious living area and the fantastic views, the location was great and the kitchen well equipped.

the rooms are very uneven. One is beautiful and spacious, the other is small, with no views, and with closets that are mostly full. It is a good place for a couple, but uneven for two colleagues.

The views. The location. The beds are comfortable.

The living room furniture has seen better days. The couch is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced or repaired.

Great value and spacious in a good location with stunning views.

Great location, very spacious, incredible views and clean. Good area for restaurants, supermarket and bars but not too noisy.

The property is a little worn definitely on the shabby side of shabby chic!

It was a great location for visiting Venice, with two water bus stops within easy walk. The street behind the property w

the location, views and plenty of space in the property.

Some furniture and fittings need refreshing. Many of the owners items were still in the property, including clothes hanging in the wardrobe. Not a major issue but felt like we were not expected.

- The apartment is big and very light due to numerous windows. - The view from the windows is amazing. - The beds are comfortable.

- The apartment is more "ancient" in reality than on the photos. A lot of things that are not nicely old and it looks like they just were left in the apartment by the owner because he does not need them. - No tea, coffee and shampoo.

This apartment is magical - we had a magnificent stay in an exciting location - right at the heart of the Biennale.

The character and views - this felt like a home with hugely comfortable beds, sofas and armchairs.

there was only one small tv in the bedroom - and the listing mentioned a flat screen tv. we would have liked the music system to have allowed digital (rather than just cds)

Location, Location, location

You couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is old and has a rustic feel, this would not suit everyone but we just loved it. Everything was very clean and airy. Large rooms so plenty of space. Music and books if you just wanted to relax for the afternoon. All the utensils and appliances you needed to eat in, two fridges, dishwasher and washing machine.

The Mattress's and curtains could do with an upgrade, so to could the information sheet Mario sent, as it had the wrong mobile number on it.
