Beautiful property with wonderful and helpful members of the team who couldnt do enough to help

The location was wonderful and perfectly located for a short walk to Lake Windermere. The property was beautiful and the guest house we stayed in was very large, extremely comfortable and beautiful

It was a lovely location and the room was very clean and comfirtable. The staff where lovely and friendly and all in all it was a great stay.

The only minor problem is the position of the toilet in our bathroom. You can barely sit on it as the space where its located is so awkward.

room very comfortable, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice Beautiful lounge and bar area, beautiful gardens to explore, hidden away but an easy walk to all amenities of Bowness, we would definitely stay again

the only thing that could be improved pity it had no evening meal available, especially as the breakfast room was lovely to eat in overlooking the gardens.
