    Perfect beach getaway in a cosy, ideally located guest house.
    What a wonderful stay I had here. Just the sea air I needed after a busy Christmas. Dave could not have been more hospitable and the place was exactly what I needed. From the kind milk and fresh water in the fridge to the hot chocolate and tea and even a coffee machine in the communal lounge. I would highly recommend staying here. The perfect little break! Thanks Dave!

    A return visit to a well loved area.
    Easy to find, right in the town, but on a quiet road.
    Hadnt appreciated just how low the roof beams were - my tall husband struggled a bit! But itnis what it is, snd it was only a couple of nights

    A lovely suite in Sunny Huny.
    Room 1 (studio suite) is a lovely spacious set of rooms for us as a couple to have. The bed was comfy, the linen clean and crisp. There are two comfy chairs and a little coffee table in a sunny window that makes for a great place for a cuppa. Having the kitchenette was very useful, and part of the reason I chose this place to stay. Nice big fridge with fresh milk and chilled water. Kettle, toaster, mugs and glasses in the room. We found plates, bowls, and cutlery in the lounge/dining room that we took back to our room to use. There was plenty of tea bags, coffee and sugar in the room. In the lounge there is a coffee pod machine for the extra caffeine hit if you need it. The en-suite is plenty large enough, and the shower is big! Having a rainfall head as well as a super adjustable high pressure head was great. The owner was lovely. He showed us around the suite, pointed out that most people use the back door off the kitchenette rather than go through the hallway. This gives lots of privacy. It has a private access, table and chairs and small patio to itself. There is also a parking spot for the suite. Overall, I was pleased with the space, the decor and the facilities.

    Although the suite was lovely, there were a couple of little niggles. The windows in both the bathroom and the main bedroom had lots of condensation on them. The Wi-Fi in the room is non-existent. It could do with its own extender box to get coverage, as it works fine in the hallway outside and in the lounge. The only other thing that I did think could make it perfect was a small microwave to complete the kitchenette, but thats just me and my preference!

    Great stay Great Location Lovely Host and would definitely book again
    Location was excellent. Short walk to the centre for eating out and seaside Excellent location for us to get out and about in the car. We travelled to various beach locations, Sandringham and visited family in Cromer. Our accommodation had private access which was nice. Shower facilities were great and the water was lovely and hot.
    Being the end of September the weather wasn't great however I found our accommodation a little chilly ( heating came on for a short time in the evening, needed morning as well) and I didn't sleep great as I found the bed extremely firm. However that's just my personal preferences. WiFi was non existent which meant all our data was used up. Would have liked a change of towels during our stay. TV in the room far too small !
