Great

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Although not new, it has been well maintained and staff seem experienced. Good facilities. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good bus service close by. I'd stay again, but for longer next time.

Great stay at well located hotel in Alcudia!

Very close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Cleaned daily. Great selection for breakfast. Really close to bus stops to get around the island. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Great location, great service and made our stay a happy one. Thank you.

Breakfast and pool were amazing, Staff were very friendly and kind with our young daughter.

Room was very very small, to the point that it wasn't easy to unpack or move around the room.

I enjoyed our stay very much.

Our stay at Delfin Azul was amazing, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The food was very good at breakfast and dinner and they had a great variety of food. It was amazing.

I wish they had coffee in the room.

Lovely week holiday with granddaughter

The meals were excellent, there was a lot of choice for the breakfast and evening dinners. Around the swimming pool there were loads of sunbeds. There was airco in the room.

A minor point: there could have been more storage/shelves in the bedroom. Slightly expensive but it was high season and it was half board included, so not that bad.

The room is very small. The cleaning service is not ok. During our stay the room was superficially cleaned, the floor and bathroom sink were still dirty. No slippers in the room. The facilities are not for a 4 stars hotel. Also, mold and limestone in bathroom, stained curtains...

Brilliant family holiday!

The hotel was clean, food was delicious with lots of options and the pool area was great. Also, the bed was very comfortable!

Can be better

Location , next to the beach or restaurants and bar area. Bus station very close to the hotel, to travel around the whole island.

Even I booked a room with some facilities, I did not get them, i refer to the safebox. In was included in the price but not at the location.

Very good

Location was excellent. Hotel was spotless & Staff were very friendly.

The only area we struggled with was the selection of food in dining area at dinner time. We had 2 children with sensory needs around food. Very few dishes had no sauces over them. Hence kids didn't eat with us every night. Which was a pity. Breakfast was amazing. Catered moee for the kids with the variety of food.
