Great villas that are well equipped with appliances, and a nice pool, location is perfect for those who are looking for privacy and relaxation. Staff are amazing, and always happy to help and prepare great food, overall amazing stay.

We had a grey water leak from the sink Water was even in the bedroom. Hours to fix it and clean To find the same problem in the morning I have to email the mannager as the frontdesk ladies could not tell me anything on sunday Until now no repay or other agrement what so ever

We were met at the airport , and welcomed and brought to our villa. Staff could not have been nicer. Villa and pool were excellent. So clean and air con was so welcome !!

A very nice, quiet get away.

The staff always tried to be accommodating, my kind thanks to the manager who was very attentive. The location is very remote, I already knew this and chose it for this reason so don't book here if you want nightlife, or any activities locally. I booked trips via the hotel and they were easily booked by the hotel and as described. Food was great, I found the whole place very relaxing. The villa was very nice, spacious and private. Booking transport here and there was very easy.

The bar and room service close way too early!

Pleasant resort in quiet location with good helpful staff.

The staff were excellent and helpful. A positive and negative is that the resort is remote and transport is needed which the recognised and hire car/motorcycle/taxi is available and staff will arrange transfers. Internet was excellent which is useful as the phone signal is not strong and at times only 3G attainable. Efforts are being made to improve and solar panels are present on some villas which do not show on Google Earth photos.

Looking at earlier reviews it seems that some issues are being addressed but others remain. Water pressure is poor with the spray shower head of little use. One bathroom had a shower cubicle and the other a shower/bath setup with no curtain. This meant the floor was much wetter than it needed to be. The lighting featured many dimmer switches, few which appear to be paired with compatible lamps. Fully on or off were okay but dimming resulted in flickering lamps. Sound insulation to adjoining villas is nothing special and easily penetrated by the typically loud conversations of members of a mandarin speaking tour group.

We had an amazing holiday. Staff were lovely - especially Op

Having our own private pool was lovely. There is a restaurant onsite and we had breakfast every day and dinner several days. The food was delicious. They have cars available with fixed rates (reasonable) to locations. All you have to do is ask for a car to be booked for you to where you want to go. Very simple. And theyll come and get you at an arranged time or you can call to say you are ready to go. The bed was very comfortable and I recommended booking a massage while there. We were happy to be out of the tourist area. The car trip to shop/sightsee wasnt very long and staying here meant we had a peaceful time when we got back to the villa. Absolutely loved being able to just get home and swim. There are cooking facilities available in the villa but we didnt use them. A full size fridge was good. The aircon was excellent. Shower was very nice.

They need to communicate delays better. We had an issue with our pool one day and they werent keeping us updated.
