Exceptional

We stayed en-route to Austria. We try different places a few times a year to break the journey. This was a perfect locat

The proximity to where we were going to in Austria. A half way point from the UK to the South of Salzburg area. Its a little dated for a boutique hotel but we rather liked its old fashioned charm. Boutique doesnt always have to be chic-chic. The staff were excellent and it was very clean. We would definitely come again.

Disappointing

Near the centre which made it convenient!

No coffee and tea in the room. This should be included in every room. The room needs major make over. Carpet is smelly and energy in the room was dark. We didnt like it.

Great vfm - would return without doubt (with my own pillow)

Lovely boutique hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Very clean and in an excellent central location.

The pillows as seems to be the case in so many places. Would be great to have extra.

A good place for a short stay in Baden-Baden

A quite place in a residential area of Baden-Baden. Just a short walk to the Festspielhaus and a bit longer to the central part. Traditional German breakfast is provided.

Shower is a bit outdated, a some water is going out. Bed is very soft, some people may not like that.

Exceptional

The hotel was close to a public bus stop so it was easy to get to from the train station. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with added lounge room. The breakfast was excellent, great coffee and plenty of tasty things to eat. We like to walk and it was about 35 minutes to stroll to the centre of town and well lit if you're out late. Or the nearby bus will get you there in no time. Good security and after hours access.

No complaints, just a reminder that there is no lift.
