Exceptional

The room was comfortable and nice. Amenities were really good. The staff so helpful and kind. You can reach the historic city center in a few minutes, and conveniently you can take the bus to and from the main train station just a few meters away. We enjoyed staying there.

Just a little noise from the trams passing on the street but it's not annoying.

An old building in a very good location has been converted into a hotel. All within walking distance, tram stop a few steps away, rooms are clean and as pictured (although not as modern), staff helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious and varied, what we asked for was prepared. Online check in and check out worked without any problems. If someone is coming for a few days it is worth trying.

Parking is not solved, if you arrive by car, you have to find a solution in the area, the nearby parking garage is expensive, the Museum underground garage is better, but you have to walk there. The area is "busy", all the noise at night was coming from outside to our room on the second floor.

Charming boutique hotel in a beautiful neighborhood

A beautiful family run boutique hotel with so much history and warmth. The staff were always very helpful and warm and made sure to accomodate any requests or questions we had. The location is great, the rooms are spacious and very clean and the breakfast provided a great start for the day. We traveled with our three year old daughter and they provided a cot in the room with very cute bedding and special cutlery for her at breakfast which was so nice of them.

Nothing really, but the tram stop could get a bit noisy so you just need to be prepared for that.

Very pleasant place to stay for our time in Vienna.

Great location, very clean, and the breakfast buffet is excellent - lots of options.

The building is a little dated, but not without charm.

A lovely stay in Vienna

Very convenient location, amazing helpful and friendly staff, beautiful city.

A little noisy with the trains and pedestrian traffic. Having the windows fully closed helps. The "queen" bed was two twins pushed together, so there was a gap in the center.

A few days to explore Vienna, eat and drink well and visit the opera

Hotel Kugel is in a great area close to the Museum Quarter but also interesting neighbourhoods. Its a small, family hotel and the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated.

I dont have complaints.
