    Boasvern House is a beautiful place and Helen and Martin make you feel very welcome. The breakfast is delicious, I loved the huge variety of fresh fruit and can recommend trying the smoked haddock! The B & B is located a nice 10 minute walk outside of St Just and just up the valley from the coast. Since I had a bit of trouble with public transportation during my stay Martin even drove me to the start point for my hike - that was just great!

    beautifully situated, extremely helpful and accommodating staff
    best ever breakfast, fresh fruit heaven, best ever choice with cheese and ham as well ! Choice of hot breakfast individually and freshly prepared. Water, biscuits and kettle facilities perfect in our room were perfect !

    Very comfortable and relaxing accommodation, friendly and helpful owners.
    Easy to find, perfect location for exploring the Lands End peninsula. Very generous portions at breakfast, excellent selection and vegetarian alternative particularly good.
    There wasn't anything I didn't like.

    We loved the room and the general vibe of the house. Breakfast was exceptional....such a beautiful range of fresh fruit. Location was excellent to see the surrounding sites...LansEnd, StJust, St Ives. Loved the Coastal bus

    Great guest house - would definitely stay again if in the area
    Room was well appointed and comfortable with everything required such as tea/coffee/water/hair dryer/shampoo/shower gel. Breakfast excellent. Comfortable bed and quiet location so a good night's sleep was had. Bosavern is central to the far SW region so is convenient for exploring the area
