I really enjoyed the hotel, the Breakfast is perfect with so many things to choose from, the design is also very nice and the rooms are carefully thought out and very nice to stay in. the staff were fabulous, Marie in particular on the front desk was such a happy and helpful person. We would definitely come back.

I am not moaning becuase I really enjoyed my stay, however The outside bar has no stools or atmosphere, I am an interior designer and the hotel layout was very good but they definitely missed an opportunity at the bar outside. it is not inviting or welcoming so makes you want to spend your days at the beach rather than the pool they had the same at the entrance bar, this needs to be made more inviting and you would spend more time here.

Hotel, rooms, pool, breakfast, service, staff... we loved everything from the very first moment! The hotel is basically brand new (JUN23) or at least this is how we felt about it and it literally has all you need: right in front of the main Alcudia beach, 2 mins walking distance to everything you need. The apartment we selected was top notch, very curated, clean, high standard. And the view from the balcony was stunning. The pool was cozy despite crowded as you'd expect so the race for the best sunbed was always a thing in the morning. The restaurant next door where they serve breakfast is spot on and the choice of cold options was great. We also tested the kitchen for lunch and it was overall good. Special mention goes to the staff: they were all absolute legends, always smiling and happy to assist / help, they were all very kind and thoughtful to the point you really feel spoiled! Gracias!

We're here for suggestions right? So the divided balconies within the same room/apartment weren't great so knocking down the wall in between the 2 would make the whole experience better, if possible.

Wonderful staff and lovely environment

The inside of the hotel is modern, very clean and modern.

Some of the views from the suites are on the less impressive side. You may over look the pool, but you also see tired, grotty backs of buildings.

Overall great hotel, will come back, superb service and immaculate room

We arrived and had a junior suite booked and were upgraded to a full suite; room was large, comfy, well equipped, super clean and NOT noisy at all. The hotel overall appeared super clean, the staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and extremely helpful. Location is immaculate, literally 2 minutes to the beach and the shopping area of Alcudia. We arrived with the Taxi from the Airport which costs us around 75 Euro (on-way) and which took about 45 min.. We were able to check-in early and a late check-out was also possible. Great hotel and definitely a recommendation for that area.

There is nothing to complain about - we had a great time and can only recommend that place. Location, setting and outfitting of the hotel is great.

- paint coming off - outside pool needs improvement; the sun beds smelled of sweat and pool in general old - missing amenities like daily free water - breakfast not good value for money
