Lovely hotel

The location is top. It's just 10 minutes walk from the main station. The room was sparkling clean and the staff are all very friendly. Breakfast is very good.

I had a single room with two beds and can only use one, so it's a little bit comfortable. Although, I understand that it's said in the booking that single room with two beds.

Passable but I will give it a miss next time

Breakfast good Location for our needs was good

Reception staff manner I was pressurised into paying the entire bill the day before departure being advised it was policy. Booking did not state this when booking the hotel. My guess it is the hotel wanting the money early. This then made the review downgraded to what it could have been.

Great staff, comfort and price in good and central location.

I had a late check-in due to delays and the staff provided all the support that I needed. They conectacted me beforehand and let everything setup for my arrival even though I was not responsive.

Very good

Clean, comfortable modern hotel.

Clean, comfortable, modern, central, decent breakfast. No dining room but it is near a very nice, reasonable restaurant around the corner on Sternwartenstrasse.

Apparently an extra city tax had been levied since my booking, so I had to pay more than I was told by booking.com. I do not like this kind of surprise.
