Perfect ambience, average facilities

The ambience is all that one could give for this place. You can catch the sunrise in perfect form, take a walk around the place, use the park, use the swings etc. It's okay for a one day stay only. Taht even if you have to compromise on the facilities a bit you will def enjoy the view and the area.

The facilities were definitely not worth the money. The rooms are pretty small, there's just enough space for a double bed, a dresser, a cupboard, one sofa and a tiny table. The washroom is also small, not enough space on the counter. The lighting is dull though out the room. We had power issues with the kettle that twice it had a short circuit. The sockets were not all in working condition. The maintenance is not good is what I would say. The balcony door was sort of broken. We could still close it but requires to be maintained well. The breakfast buffet was very dull. Very few items and not upto the mark. We skipped eating a couple of items because of the taste. If the price was lesser it wouldn't bother us so much. But for around 5k, we can get better stay in kochi except the ambience for sure.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. They are always smiling and very polite. And the view from the room was mesmerizing, one of the beautiful sunrises can be witnessed here.

The tap was broken. The handwash liquid machine was not working and bedsheets could smell better. The charging sockets were not completely functional. Did not have proper wifi reception at night.

Best place in Cochin for the views.

Location and atmosphere is excellent. Morning breakfast is great. Pool is good enough. Kids will enjoy bcz lots of places to play around and seperate kids play area is available.

The bathroom was rather small. They didn't allow me to use my personal camera. Taking pics with a mobile is fine but a personal camera is not allowed that i felt weird.

Nice stay, could be perfect!

Period property, sheer size of the room, location. Great breakfast and clean rooms.

Lack of traditional meals for dinner. Staff are a bit uptight.

The old world charm

The lazy staff. The bar staff in particular, glasses were filthy as were the windows. Someone had left bathers, towels and a dirty nappy by the pool, it was there for 3 days. Too many staff at reception doing very little. Rubbish poked into the holes in the front tree. Place falling down.
