Nice hotel in a great location and helpful staff with comfy enough rooms for the price.

The location is great, the onsite amenities are nice, and the staff were kind and helpful. When our key card stopped working the woman at the front desk was quick with magnetizing them again and very nice.

One of the nights the shower did not drain properly, even with two drains, making the water run all over the bathroom. With the shower head angled perfectly in one particular spot, it worked okay. The food at the pool bar was pretty bland but the drinks were tasty with decent prices and good happy hour deals.

Beautiful location. Lots to do. Multiple restaurants. Heated pool. Very clean.

Website was amataer. Like of staff. Impossible to book at spa prior to visit. Hard to get staff by phone.

Perfect location. The staff needs to be welcoming and informative. The bar staff at the pool were the best.

We love the location. It was perfect for what we needed.

At check in they didnt really greet us or tell us anything about the property. Our air did work and when I went to the front desk they said someone would come look at it but they werent friendly about the situation. We were there four days and we needed new towels. I put them outside our door because I never saw any cleaning the rooms. They picked them up but didnt brush new one. I had to go to the front desk and ask for them.

It is beautiful and you have everything that you need on the property you really don't have to go anywhere from the pools to the spa, Jacuzzi, bar live entertainment and restaurants. The staff was really helpful and the room was awesome
