Great Staff, Great Location, Comfortable Stay.

Staff were excellent , everyone so friendly and helpful , Victor in the restaurant was great. . Location was good, walking distance to everything we needed, shops, food options, supermarket and pharmacy right next door.

Construction site out the back was noisy in the mornings and some other noise was quiet audible all night sounded like some kind of compressor, only an issue if your on that side of the building.

The location and the hotel's staff were superb!

Can't say the bed was comfy for us, we had issues sleeping: the mattress was too soft and the blankets thin and rough, same as the towels. Their fabric wasn't pleasing. We were also looking forward to taking a nice hot bath on a rainy night, but the bathtub wasn't inviting; its wear and tear were too evident.

dated rooms and poor Wi-Fi, but everything else was a positive

The location is terrific, hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were nice and spacious

Extremely poor Wifi, could not maintain a connection in my room on the 3rd floor. The carpet in the room was old and stained, gave a very dated look

The toilet has a damage easy to repair. A tooth cleaner residual in the restroom. Restaurant prices too high. Taste of food not good.

Awful, horrible and disagreable

Some amenities in the room, neat and tidy.

There was not any support from the reception. Just 3 channels in the TV, the receptionist was really rude with us, he didn't offer any solution about the problems that we found in the room, and to top it all, he was really sarcastic and careless. I don't recommend to stay in it. This guy, Leonardo (the receptionist or apparently the hotel onwer regarding the way he was with us) does not know how to offer a good customer service. Terrible!!!!
