Perfect kata beach villas

Super helpful friendly staff, clean and comfortable spacious villas. And nice pool area. The location is great, short walk to the beach and restaurants and easy to get taxis to and from for days out. Great room service menu as well.

Great swimming pools and lovely staff

- The property is set back from the main road, so no noise from scooters etc - Walking distance to the beach and plenty of nice eateries along the main road - Staff all lovely - Netflix and Amazon Prime etc installed on the television - Great air con and WiFi - Pool access directly from the terrace is wonderful. A real selling point and it felt like we had a private pool - Even though the pool serves numerous rooms, it was never particularly busy and we didnt feel overlooked - All guests can also use the main swimming pool which has a little bar/cafe

- The rooms are very basic and dated - The entrance to some pool access rooms is via an external walkway which isnt particularly nice/welcoming and feels like a service corridor - Our room had a (locked) connecting door to the neighbouring room. We could hear everything that went on - literally everything - Not great at replenishing toiletries, had to request more soap etc - Some of the pool access rooms open to a 0.6m paddling pool which isnt quite deep enough to swim in. I appreciate this might actually be a benefit for travellers with young children. Other rooms open to a deeper 1.2m pool

Lovely place to stay

Lovely room. Pool area was great. Location was good. Staff were nice. Good for children.

Breakfast was fine but choices were basically the same each day and not much variety for vegetarians. Probably not worth the price (but we did go in the high season).

Everything, great location, great breakfast. The staff are friendly, the rooms are being cleaned every day. The pool is also being cleaned every day. There is a free shuttle to the beach every day. If we ever come back to Phuket, we will come here again.

Relaxing vibes

The room was spacious and very clean, with access to a private pool. The design is nice and minimal. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety and lots authentic Thai dishes. It had fruits, vegetables, cooked food, and they could also prepare fried eggs or an omelet on the spot. The breakfast area on the patio had a nice ambience. The location is quiet and away from the buzz of the main street. We liked that. We walked to Kata beach a few times and the hotel offers a free shuttle service which is nice. The gardens and the outdoor space lends to a peaceful atmosphere and relaxing vibes. If you are into a quiet place, with a spacious room, and a nice breakfast, this hotel is a good choice.

While the hotel overall is nice, we had a feeling that its past its prime time. Quite a few things have deteriorated or are not well maintained. For example the gym equipment was rusty, one of the treadmills needed maintenance (belt lubricant) and one of the pedal bikes was half-broken. Similarly in the room, there were paint patches on the wall or other slightly-odd repair jobs. The safe-box was erroring out. I think the hotel needs better upkeep management. Take care of the small things and the potential is there to offer a true 4-star hotel experience.

Relaxing hotel with great surroundings!

The pool access room was lovely, simple but big and spacious. The staff were amazing, very kind and helpful. The location is also great, a short walk to the beach with so many delicious restaurants along the way. On the TV you can sign into Netflix, prime etc and theres an English movie channel for when youre relaxing in the room. We booked a tour to coral island at the hotel lobby and it was great! Would definitely recommend this to couples as a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Superb

The location is really quiet, as it's set back from the road. It's also right next to the forest, below the the big Buddha, so the view from the hotel pool is of green hills. The rooms are nice, like little bungalows and the giant bath was superb. I also thought the food was really good and very reasonably priced to get Thai food to eat by the pool.

The staff didn't seem that happy and never really smiled. However, anything we needed they sorted it out.
