Very poor

Highly disappointing

The service was disastrous. The staff was unavailable most of the time, this irresponsible behaviour of them was highly disappointing. We asked them for room service but, when we arrived at the hotel we found the room in the same condition the way we left it. Please don't visit it, it is a waste of money spending there.

The cleanliness of the ambience ,and the prompt response from staffs . The host is really of cooperative nature

The charges they imposed other than what we booked ,they shown me the different rates which included their commission per room. As we have booked 4 rooms ,so apart from the rate what we booked we had to pay another 20% for the staying. Which has really turned off our mood.
