Superb

great hotel as usual, but this time we could not really enjoy the pools because the facilities were too crowded. Pity.

Beautiful room, it was very nice to be upgraded.

The swimming pool was very crowded, with many small children that took away from the opportunity to relax. We would really recommend setting specific rules for use of the pool for adults only and families (such as specific times for families and times for adults only). The outdoor tub was almost cold and we could not use it.

Cosy luxury in the countryside.

Lovely staff, really cosy decor. The room was the best part, massive bed, our own Christmas tree and a massive free standing tub in the bathroom. The spa rooms such as the sauna, steam room and tropical shower were very relaxing and clean.

The pool area could do with some updating both inside and outside. Drinks and food were expensive but seeing as the hotel itself should be 5 star level, im not surprised by the price.

Very nice, small country hotel.

Ive already had 4 emails over Christmas asking me to review this visit which I already have once already! Excellent location, beautiful building and decorations, nice food and staff. I would stay again.

Constructive feedback I hope. I asked for Earl Grey tea in my room and it never arrived, wrong size toilet seat in bathroom, no bath mat and water pressure in sink too high so with an unfamiliar tap you soak yourself. Also why have fires laid that you dont light in the sitting rooms.

Another fabulous and inspiring stay at Bishopstrow House.

The room was so cosy, comfortable and stylish. Staff were excellent, very friendly and food was superb Bishopstrow is now in the Premier League when talking about, stylish, elegant and beautiful hotels..

Exceptional hotel, highly recommen

Where do I start. What an amazing hotel, we stayed here as we visited Longleat for the day and was only a short drive away and we thought its was lovely when we saw it online and when we arrived we were blown off of our feet. Amazingly friendly reception staff, we had dinner and breakfast in our rooms as we were exhausted and it was just the most amazing experience! Spa facilities exceeded our expectations and we have recommended this to family and friends already! Also a little bonus we got upgraded for free which was so lovely and we found out we were pregnant with our first IVF baby here! Cant wait to visit again before we are due!
