Great spot for a visit to Tenby

Large, modern, comfortable room with good hotel type facilities. Good food and friendly staff. Located in town centre, a short walk from the shops or beach.

Pay and display car park is 3 mins walk away, so no drama. Immediate access by road is narrow and access only,

Overpriced and left after three days feeling like strangers

The location was great. Plenty of space in the room Private entrance was good

The housekeeping was hit and miss The room was a little grubby eg: carpet We had to ask for basics like loo roll For the price we would have expected breakfast and a cleaner room We arrived after a 7 hour journey at 8:30pm and were told the kitchen shuts at 8:30pm. We were stressed and tired and staying for 3 nights - a little compassion about being ably to order a meal would have made us feel happier about this place

The food was amazing, with great location and lovely rooms.

This is only personal, but the pillows / bedding were feather which does affect my chest. I think an option for hypo allergenic pillows would be good. I am sure if I had asked, it could have been sorted, but I did not realise until I went to bed and it was late.

Staff were great. Room was great. Couldnt stay in a much better place in Tenby

Loved everything about it. Room was great. Couldnt have been much better to be honest. Food there in the evening was superb.

Price was really heavy. I would stay again, if I could get the room a bit cheaper.

It was central. The bed was very comfortable and the shower.

The room was grubby looking. Hair on the pillow, dirty shower glass and shower tray.

Very good

Lovely big room with big comfy bed. Good shower and bath and fabulous location. Ate in restaurant both night and food was not only delicious but very big portions :)

Nothing really. Slight smell in hallway, probably from kitchen. Didn't bother us as room was great.
