Great view and facilities

Great view and our room was well-cleaned each day

The shower was leaking. Also we could smell the sigarette smoke from the adjacent room and heard every toilet flush from the room above us.

Lovely stay but pipes were very loud

Great hotel, lovely and well kept

Not sure if it was just my room (109) but the pipes behind the walls were incredibly loud, so much so that it sometimes wake you up in the middle of the night.

It was a great stay, we loved the location, staff friendliness and support as well as tidy space.

It was a pleasant surprise to get an upgrade, so we lived in a wonderful Junior Suit on 14 floor with a beautiful view. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Daily cleaning and towels changing, as well as an opportunity to change daily pool towels on reception was a nice addition. It was a walking distance to supermarket and beach. We liked our stay! Thank you.

Loud discos for children and adults discos were till quite late. Though can be a benefit for families with children. We didnt manage to get coffee 3 min before breakfast finish time because staff started to clean coffee machine a bit earlier. I think it could be a nice idea for a hotel to use shampoo and shower gel dispensers instead of mini packages to reduce plastic waste.

Disappointing stay

Close to the beach 5 min walk. Big spacious rooms, clean rooms and bathroom. When we arrived, we were going to be given a room on 12th floor, to have a nice view, which we really appreciated, unfortunately my partner is scared of heights so we told them and they kindly changed it to a room on the 1st floor and even gave us a voucher for free buffet lunch that day. Beautiful pool. Strong AC. Different entertainment every night, though more suited to kids but sometimes good for adults too (like a cool magic show). A lot of variety at breakfast, from pastries to beans and sausages and fruit, they also do fresh omlettes

The room we had had a problem where we could literally hear the water and sewage flowing through pipes every time the upstairs neighbours were having a shower or flushing the toilet, and it was actually VERY loud, it would wake us up at night. The pool is very crowded and you barely have space to move. You cannot drink the tap water because it has a disgusting taste, we always drink tap water we're not fussy but this one was impossible to drink. Our bottled water ran out one evening and all the shops were closed so we asked reception if we could get some water from the kitchen because we were so thirsty but they said that's not possible. So we were left thirsty until the morning as could not drink the tap water. The only option was to buy water from a vending machine but that only takes cash which we didn't have and the outside ATM charges 4 per transaction. I think it's pretty unacceptable for a 4 star hotel to not even offer water to thirsty customers at night. Also, we wanted to book a taxi to a beach, we were told by reception that we need to call the taxi ourselves and taxis are not allowed to come in front of the hotel anyway, we need to go out to the main street to meet them. We thought this was very strange, I've never been in a hotel that doesn't call the taxi company for you. How could we call the taxi if we don't speak Spanish and maybe the person at the end of the phone doesn't speak English? We thought that was very poor customer service. But then, a taxi driver told us the true story... the bottomline being that apparently taxis are not allowed to go to this hotel due to some "private business" the receptionists do with some drivers for airport transfers which is well known across Can Picafort... don't support this, don't book airport transfers through this hotel, go out in the street and call the taxi company yourself or catch a taxi from the rank in front of Aldi.
