Great Location, walk to everything... friendly, helpful staff!!

Loved the location, not so hectic as Patong, great room, great view. Loved the beach too! easy to walk to restaurants, shops etc. very nice breakfast and the staff, especially the concierge staff were helpful and so friendly! Felt very safe staying there as a women on my own! (they did have a security guard)

Little slice of heaven .

About the only hotel on Karon beach with direct beach access . The rooms all have sea views . It is very peaceful but the Main Street is minutes away where you can buy all you need The staff are all so welcoming and helpful , nothing is too much trouble.

So wonderful

Breakfast is so delicious. Coffee and cappuccino,cafe latte,espresso are so good. Salads and bread,egg,yogurt,fruits,ham,juice are so yummy. We can go to beach quickly every time.

Water of shower is shorter.

Wonderful peaceful stay in an ideal location

Location was excellent Rooms were spacious and had a lovely view Pool area was large, clean and plenty of seats. No kids in the pool was great! Breakfast was great!! The staff were very friendly

Drinks were expensive and not very good, particularly the cocktails.

Paid for luxury view room, not worth it

Staff mostly helpful and friendly. Location on Karon beach is good. Good facilities.

I paid for upgrade deluxe ocean view room, but room was stuck next to wall with very limited view. not worth it. i asked to change, but even more money demanded.

For the guests who already checked out in the morning but choose to stay for the day, If there is a brief shower /changing room close to the beach would be better .

Comfortable Resort with Excellent Sea View

The bed was super comfy. The room was spacious. All the rooms faced the sea. Breakfast spread was good. The staff was very friendly. You can do snorkelling right in front of the resort . Shops and restaurants are just outside the hotel, which is situated on the main road.

The reception staff could have been more professional. No bidet for the toilet. The price is more for this resort as it is beachfront.
