The property is located is the VERY HEART OF VENICE !

It lacks basic amenities like an electric kettle in this cold weather. No one from the hotel assists in showing the room which is a little away from where we did the check in procedure.

You can't get closer to St. Marks square than this property, we would definitely book again.

Location, location, location ! Our windows overlooked St. Marks Square. The units were clean and spacious. Alex went above and beyond during checkin and checkout.

Couldn't ask for a better location! On top of that the room was perfect, bed was comfy & it was clean. Couldn't ask for more.

Everything was extremely clean but the location in front of S. Marco was the best experience.

The propertu has no reception. The check in is in anorher property but is not a big deal.

Wonderful location with a view of the plaza. Decoration in the room is wonderful. Warm shower. Big room.
