IDEAL stop over hotel and hugely comfortable

Clean, VERY comfortable, lovely restaurant with fantastic waiters. All charming and a perfect stop off from the Alps to the UK

Everything was clean, immaculate, beautifully made beautifully decorated

Unfortunately we had a room just near the elevator, so it was a bit nosy at night. But I will definitely come back and just ask not to stay in the same room.

Not great, not 4 star or good value for money

Location is good!

We elected to have breakfast in the hotel on our second nights stay- it was one of the worst Ive ever experience for a 4 star hotel. Swimming pool and gym (if you can call it that) is extremely outdated. Cleaning of room - quite stingy with tea bags and coffee, biscuits. Told them it was our anniversary and they did nothing for us. Not value for money, stayed at the ibis in epernay and Id say it was equally the same and the breakfast was better. Wouldnt stay here again.

Central location with its own private parking. Reims is a great city to visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and facilities were great. Good breakfast.
