Very good

Christmas in Vancouver.

Location close to everything! Amazing staff, attentive to all our needs. Great bar downstairs. Very clean room with a lovely bathroom. Laundry and gym available onsite.

A lot of noise on the street at night. Heating was too warm and unable to be adjusted, although the staff arranged a pedestal fan for us.

The location

We found two rats in two of our rooms. The staff let a random person barge into our room without knocking. The rooms and whole floor smelled like cigarettes and weed. Poor lighting. Poor service.

Convenient location. Easy walk to great restaurants.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the lift noise was loud all night.

Superb

Expecting a much smaller room so the size was good. Beds were comfy. Lots of TV channels. Close to food. Pub downstairs was good value.

Heating in the room was too hard to control/wasn't working. Window only opened a small way but that was the only way to really cool the room. Noisy building - you could hear other rooms etc when the phone was ringing

Exceptional

Safe neighborhood, exceeds expectations

Great location, safe quiet and close to the beach. So much better than expected for the price. A quick bus ride and you are in the middleof the city, 10 min walk to a ferry stop , couldn't have asked for better if you want a safe quiet place that is family friendly.
