Review 1: The creek-side rooms are great, while the parking lot rooms are not as nice. Staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing a last-minute late check out. The breakfast is enjoyable. However, (Read More) the fitness place, pool, and other amenities are owned by a timeshare company and are not easily accessible. Review 2: This hotel offers a good price and is in a nice location. The standout feature is the wonderful staff, who went above and beyond to meet a special request for a table-top Christmas tree. The extra details and the assistance of Joyce at the front desk made for a very pleasant experience.

The breakfast buffet was delicious Staff was very courteous We appreciated the phone call asking if everything was sufficient. That's type of service is rare.
Noisy heater. Toilet sometimes ran. These are just minor nits, though.

Lack of attentiveness, no room service, had to ask for more toilet paper because no one had been servicing our room. Breakfast was nasty idk what the other reviews were talking about.

The hotel is outdated and not well maintained. Terrible smell in the rooms. The AC is making noise and doesn't cool/heat that well. Bed bugs....

Overall we love Sedona and will stay at the villas but not the hotel.
We are used to the villas. The hotel is very nice, however we really enjoy the condos. The room we were in wasnt very accommodating. The thermostat was not working and it took twice to get someone to come fix. The last night we were there, the heat finally worked. (The last person did a great job getting it to work) The shower head spread water all over the floor and we had to order more towels each day to clean it up. It was a handicap room and very accommodating for a disabled person, but we wouldve preferred a regular room. Over a 1000 we wouldve preferred the villas, but my husband and I still enjoyed our time in Sedona.
