Great location, comfort , service and value for money. Cant fault.

10 min walk to centre of town. Ample free parking. Modern well equipped rooms with great shower. Helpful efficient staff. Comfortable bar/ lounge. Superb quality fresh coffee. Large twin beds. Large quality towels. Efficient air con.

Fine stay, though would not recommend

Stay was fine. Location was fair; a 15ish minute walk to city center. Bed was large and comfortable.

Rooms were dark and are in need of better cleaning particularly around baseboards. Rooms and hallways smelled a bit odd.

Our family room stank of damp, the shower leaked onto the floor and was pooling under the shower, the toilet was soiled, which was unpleasant

Ok for business travel

Everything in the standard for a work trip. Internet should be better. Breakfast is very good with good coffee and pastry. Not fresh Orange juice. Few fruits. Good parking both out and inside the hotel.

Yogurt was old, expired. Staff should control better all food before put it out in breakfast.

Comfortable bed; 15 minute walk to Old Town; nice bakery nearby for quick and cheap breakfast

Poor lighting in the room; suggest they add floor lamps. Rooms not sound proofed. Guests next to us were yelling and fighting for hours.

Keen to return!

The staff were wonderful and looked after us so well. They were very tolerant of our poor language skills and made every effort to look after us. The hotel was smart, clean and well looked after.

Leaving! It was a lovely place to stay, great location and lovely staff.

Not a memorable stay

On arriving at the Best Western Hotel, the receptionist was very helpful in providing information regarding our room and parking within the Hotel. We appreciated the breakfast which was complimentary. Rating: 6/10

We were informed that the underground car parking would be 40 Euros per day . . . .Not impressed. We also experienced great difficulty in maneuvering our car within the confined car park. Once we parked the car in the underground car park, there was no assistance to bring our luggage to the room. As tends to be the case for most hotels, our room was small with the king size bed taking up most of the room. In regard to the bathroom, the shower was difficult to operate and contained no power points, only a specific power point for the Hair dryer. There were also very few complimentary toiletries. The lighting was inadequate, there being no central light in the room. The was also inadequate space to open 4 large suitcases. We tried to set the air conditioner to 16C but found that the Unit was preset to a minimum of 18C on a timer which often switched off during the night and made it uncomfortable to sleep. We woke several times during the night to reset the air conditioner. The last issue was the bar fridge which was very small and inadequate for our needs.
