Friendly, welcoming staff. Comfortable, cosy (but not small!) well-planned room with everything we needed. Quiet yet easy walking distance to town.

Proud representative of the brand

Good Best Western standards clean, comfy room, competent, kind and courteous staff. In the room there's a kettle, tea and coffee, so that's a positive. Another plus is a toilet separate from the bathroom - this doesn't happen too often. Apparently the more expensive rooms have sea view ;) There's a decent restaurant nearby serving Basque food.

Expectation management more than a complaint: anything beyond room is quite pricey. Parking will set you back 25 a day (nearest public parking is 10 minutes walking, at the seafront). Breakfast 16 a pop.

Great place to stay in Biarritz

Very well arranged flat, spacious for 2 couples with babies. Nice terrace and equipped kitchen. Great location closed to the center and the beach.

Would have be nice to have some basics (like oil, salt, etc) for cooking

Gutes Hotel, leider zu laut.

Good location and attractive facilities

Unfortunately, there was a steel plate installed to secure the roadway in front of the hotel, which caused enormous noise every time it was crossed. A restful sleep was not to be thought of.
