Exceptional

Lovely hotel, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Old building which is very well maintained, gives it a lovely character. Room was modern, clean and tidy. Great location, we had a sea view, was perfect just what we wanted. Breakfast was lovely and worth adding it to your booking. Will definitely stay again

Would be better if check in was nearer 12pm-1pm. By 3pm youve lost over half a day of your break away

Noisy air con right outside my window and bathroom fan very noisy and stayed on ages after turning bathroom lights off

Stayed whilst visiting family, a very comfortable bed, super clean room and very friendly staff

Lovely seafront location

It was FAR too hot in the room, we opened the window and removed the quilt to use just the cover but it was still unbearably hot due to a bathroom radiator which was too hot to touch but had no thermostat, very little sleep and the open window was directly above the kitchen extraction fan which came on at 6am

Very enjoyable stay

The room was modern and spacious with a lovely view. The hotel in general was very clean also in a good position for both town and seafront

The evening meal was disappointing home cooked meals would be a nice addition

Fine for a night in the area, slightly dated rooms but spotlessly clean.

Lovely friendly welcoming staff, tea tray with biscuit, toiletries. Cleanliness Christmas decorations outside decking area overlooking beach , coffee machine at breakfast.

lumpy bed rock hard pillow hot water from both taps very small cooked breakfast, tiny portion of beans, would prefer buffet style not having to wait and to choose my items myself.

Very nice stay

The location is excellent and the hotel was clean and food was lovely

The bar staff were a bit rude so maybe a bit more training in customer relations. One girl In particular shouted to me to go to her till rather than her approach me, which would have been more welcoming and once shed served me and I had paid, there was no thankyou
