Tired hotel in good location.

Location

The rooms and the lift are extremely dated. There was no safe in the room. The air-conditioning in our room was not working well and they could not fix it. I was told that it is not a hot evening and we'll be fine if we open the windows. I do suspect that they had already turned off the AC system for the entire hotel and were surprised that the weather turned hot again.

Superb

Excellent location for a comfortable stay in Turin

The family room was very spacious and clean, furniture was new and air conditioning working as expected during quite hot weather. Very good breakfast with many options, helpful personnel, large bathroom. Good location nearby the main train station (Porta Nuova) and very close to the city center (walking distance, few minutes).

Everything was excellent, except one thing: the single layer windows did not insulate well from the busy and noisy Vittorio Emanuele II boulevard outside. An upgrade is needed in this respect - maybe it's already foreseen, and probably this is a non-issue for the back-facing rooms.
