Things went MISSING from my room stay buy be aware staff takes items from your room

Unfortunately, things were taken from my room and when speaking to reception they said will speak to housekeeping. I was delayed for 2 days before told couldnt find items. What happened during those days/hours ? Staff covered it up and I lost expensive item

Always clean. Always provided with clean towel as 24/7 reception available. Staff were so friendly and respectful. The breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect. Not far from the city centre. Everything within a walking distance and the hotel is very easy to find even without a map.

My visa was charged twice for this room...I still have to request a refund.. No handicap grab bars in the bathroom.. No anti slip strips in the bathtub... Breakfast was over priced...very poor selection for 9 euros... Receptionist was not reseptive to our polite suggestions...also very rude regarding lamguage spoken...

Front desk receptionist and property manager(?) was not a pleasure to deal with.

Nice clean room. Air exchanger worked well to warm up room.

Front desk receptionist was short tempered. When 1. Mistakenly greeted in Spanish. We are PORTUGUESE and were here 200 years before the Spanish! Just a polite correction would be preferred. 2. When it was suggested that entering and exiting the bathtub/shower was extremely dangerous without safety mat we were informed that disabled room type should have been booked instead. We pointed out that safety with entering and exiting a bathtub has nothing to do with a disabled room type. When non slip stripping on the bottom of the tub was suggested as an alternative we were totally dismissed. 3.Breakfast was expensive @ 10 euros for a disappointing selection of hot food. The scrambled eggs were the only hot food type offered.

Exceptional

Absolutely perfect!

The staff were all amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The suite was spacious, the bed was so comfortable, and it was located in such a convenient area that we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I have the opportunity to travel to Faro again!

I have absolutely nothing to add because I loved literally everything about this hotel.
