OK but not brilliant!

Location was quite good. Carparking was good. Refurbished room looked good.

Room cleanliness was a bit ordinary. Carpet needed a good vacuum. Facilities for making tea, coffee were a bit too basic. Some attention to the garden be good; weeds have been allowed to overtake.

Room appeared lovely but on closer look wasnt cleaned.

Nicely redonegreat room

Bed sheets appeared like they werent changed. Stain and hair on the sheets. Table wasnt cleaned had a stain from a coffee cup markI dont think bathroom floor was mopped as I went to wipe up water I spilt and the cloth came up almost black. No coffee or tea in container. No cleaning on our 3 day stay but would have liked a few more towels.

Great stay for a couple of nights.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The location and price are very good.

There was no spare toilet paper and there was an empty bottle of alcohol on the bedside table when we arrived.

Stunk of cigarettes and was so close to the freeway with no soundproofing we did not event stay - we left and found somewhere else to stay last minute

Easy check in and well presented. Basic things like milk in the fridge would have been nice.

Easy check in, tidy, plush carpet and soft bed. Nice lady on the phone.

Dirty towel behind bathroom door. No milk in fridge, no shampoo or conditioner. A bit of road noise, which can't be helped much. A fork and knife would have also been appreciated.

Ease of booking and secure entry

It lacked attention to detail! Not Thoroughly cleaned even though had clean towels and bedding. Dirty towel on back of bathroom door, crumbs on bedside table, dirty glasses, fridge hasnt been cleaned, shower hasnt been cleaned for a while by the looks of it, No milk in fridge for first cup of tea/coffee Batteries flat in remote for split system , couldnt put heater on for cold night
