Superb

Good stay for groups of 4-5 person.

Location near the beach, carmel market, shops, and restaurants. Property is clean. Good and quiet neighborhood. Will book again if ever we will visit Tel Aviv. Customer support is superb.

Building lift was not working properly, you need to climb 4 stairs which is not a problem if you have light bags. Property needs deep cleaning, there were dirt on hidden corners. Sofas need cleaning.

Good

Apartament was very big, spacious, high ceilings, very bright, nice decor. 3 mins from bus stop. Shops all around, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Beach 3 mins. Good internet connection. They did end up letting us check in sooner after we arrived. AC in all apartment. Nice and comfortable beds. Round the corner from Dizengoff and basically on the edge of Old North which is my favourite side of the city. 15 mins walk to Shuk. You can walk all over Tel Aviv and discover the city, or take scooter which are all over town.

Initial issues with communication, extra deposit and check in instructions (were only forwarded while we were already on the bus to the apartment). You need to ensure you have Whats app and Internet connection to receive it. There are massive roadworks and construction right out front of which we were not notified. In all fairness all Tel Aviv is now big building and roadworks as they build metro and tram, but the guest should know and have opportunity to look for quieter place (that's the reason for lower score). Lots noise from parties and neighbours building. Make sure to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper like me. I'd book again this place but I'd come prepared this time.
