The size of the room was good and the heated pool on the rooftop terrace was excellent idea as it is December.

The reception is not part of the hotel, you are part of a shopping centre and share your lift with shoppers, the pool stated it was open till 10 and we hoped to excersize at 9ish, we were informed they had already started cleaning once the last person had left at 9, we could definitely have got some exercise in before the 10oclock cut off, after all we are on holiday so shouldnt have to rush to make sure we make it when it states 10pm, the maid will keep chapping even thpugh do not disturb signs are up and lighting in the room was shocking, one use coasters in the bathroom had not been replaced from the last guest and the room wasnt the cleanest it could be!

Exceptional

The location is near the club and it's a lot of noise during the night. The clubs close at 5 AM every night. Also the hotel has 2 area: A and B, and the restaurant and the pool are in area B. Is strange to go from area A to area B in bathrobe, because the hotel is in a shopping center and is not nice to walk around in bathrobe.

Beautiful room , nice pool on the top, friendly and helpfull personel. Easy transport facilities.

We didn't book seaview, the view were buildings...but it's everywhere like that arround here.

The cleaning staff and reception staff were really nice and friendly. One of the breakfast manager was a bit difficult to talk with but the rest were really nice and kind.

The window sealing was broken which made sleeping at night impossible due to the echo from loud music until 4 am. The air conditioner is centrally controlled therefore we could not change air temperature in our room which was frustrating as it was kept very hot.
