Nice, clean, and worth the price!

The hotel was kept very clean and was in a great location. You can tell that the rooms were renovated pretty recently and the sheets were clean and soft.

There are some rooms that dont have windows which we werent told before we stayed here- it wasnt a huge deal because we spent most of our time outside of the room but if you like to spend a lot of time in your room it may be best to check with them beforehand. There is also a great caf and restaurant underneath and the proximity to things around is fantastic!

Great budget option close to good sights in Phuket Old Town.

Good location and clean room.

Hotel should be more clear when rooms don't have windows. I found the lack of a window uncomfortable. Also both the shower drain and sink drain were blocked and lightly flooded the room.

Good installations, comfortable, good price. The staff is friendly. The hotel looks new and clean. It is about 20min from the old town.

Exceptional

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room itself was bright and clean! As well as modern and so comfy barbowl downstairs also has really nice food and you get 10% off if you're staying in the hotel which is wonderful! The reception team also helped me book a taxi to the pier for the next morning which was also really helpful :) 10/10 - would definitely stay here again :)

Superb

Overall nice and worthy stay in Phuket.

I like bedline hotel concept. Japanese style. Room is spacious

Air con not so cool, mybe due to hot weather season. But at night also take time to get room fully cold. Eventhough i set the temperature to 16. Room 403.
