Superb

Just a perfect location!

The hotel has an exceptional location and facilities in it. It is just near the lift, every room has its own locker key and the lockers located near the lift. It was just perfect. The resort has everything you might need: inside parking, pool area, spa, gaming room for kids. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

The hotel is pretty old, though it is clean and maintained just fine.

the pillows were terrible, and I feel the showers could be updated.

Only good thing was it was easy accicble to ski in and out.

Almost every staff person we came into contact was rude. No one knows how to be kind to guests. Ask questions and can barely get a reply, and when you do get an answer, they are very rude and like to talk over you. Should have listened to the reviews. Will never come back here again.

Convenient location w/ shuttle service, but I think there is better value for the price !

The rooms were spacious, but the buildings need some upgrading. I was unable to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable temperature and since the windows in building 1 are old - and metal - they iced up on the inside when the temperature went down to 1 F (-17 C) which allowed for a draft in the room. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but since a room was available, we were given early access which allowed us to get on the slopes right away.

The rooms in building 1 definitely need some updating..... We liked having dining facilities on site, and although the food was good (but not exceptional) at Spencer's - the price was way too high for the quality and quantity (especially for all the so-called add-ons, which should be included in a meal for $ 38.00.

Superb

Mountain slopes get way

Location to slopes. The little kitchen in the summit suite was awesome with full fridge. The two plate burner was nice to have to cook our meals on. The balcony view was great. Enough space to not feel cramped, like we are at hotel room.

The two burner could use upgraded for uneven cooking. Needs more snow!
