Little bit overpriced but we have enjoyed it.

Pool was good but use water Saline water in the pool, good availability of sun bathing chairs. Breakfast had good variety and mostly English breakfast offerings. Rooms are spacious and well equipped bathroom. Evening and nigh Entertainment. Average Gym with good spa facility , Pickup and drop from beach. Staff is cooperative.

Cleanliness is big concerns , Hotel is so fully booked , room hasn't been cleaned with proper attention. Towels and Linen didnt get changed frequently and you need to insist on that. Some common ammonites are overlooked in maintenance. Entertainment is very loud till 23.00 , Its impossible if you want to sleep early.

Lovely hotel with unique inside space, food was above average for me. The pool area was huge

Food was good, facilities were more than adequate, entertainment was great. The swimming pool was massive, and the staff did a good job. 15-20 minutes walk to the beach/coastline. Great location for hiking into the mountains. The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular, with exceptional views along Teguise coastline

Hot bevrages machines were inadequate, could have done with machines on all the floors. The noise level was very loud internally and outside from pool area (Very peacefull after 11:30pm-12:00). The hotel overall needs some TLC as a lot of the doors were warped or peeling away from the bottom.

Very Dated Hotel In Desperate Need of Refurbishment.

Lots of mixed reviews some I feel a little exaggerated I myself have spent the last 45 years travelling to various hotels 2 or 3 times a year, and I will give my honest review regarding this Hotel. First impression massive Hotel, reception was pleasant entrance staff smiled but very difficult to understand as English was very poor. Made our way to our room at the far end of the Hotel so a bit of a trek with the luggage. On entering the room at this point agree with a lot of other reviews room was very tired and dated like we went back in time, carpet filthy stains, windows filthy, furniture and fittings seen better days, however room was adequate for our needs maids made the beds empty bins etc daily if required, we dont have high expectations unlike some other guests for a 4 star hotel but I would say this is more like a 3 star hotel at best. Just because it has a hairdryer will never make it a 4 star anytime soon. Had to pay for a safe had to pay for a kettle, wi-fi very unreliable. I never had any issues with the pool area yes a few broken tiles but nothing out the ordinary for a dated hotel never saw any cockroaches did see plenty noisy guests who would just leave plastic cups and all other kinds of rubbish behind them even though numerous waste bins and other places to leave plastic cups. oh well our new generation at best . But staff were fantastic trying to keep pool area respectful. The staff I have to say work so hard under huge pressure they were all more than happy to help. Spa was wonderful never to busy sauna steam room etc. All Inclusive drinks were ok still get you merry if that is what you desire. Entertainment typical for Spanish Hotel Chains nothing to get excited about. All in all would i return answer is NO not in its present form. a Travelodge have better rooms. Dont think the owners are to concerned about negative reviews as long as the sun shines in Lanzarote they will continue to sell rooms.

Onto the restaurant have to agree with lots of guests getting a table was a nightmare had to wander round and round looking for a used table grab it and sit tight until a staff member cleared it for you when you manage to get a table guard it with your life. Busy meal time is a free for all very little courtesy bit like UK Roads lots of agression and road rage. Other option is to eat late at each serving.Hot Food is not the best wont say anymore on that issue. Breakfast best meal of the whole stay. Hash Browns to die for be careful with fried eggs almost raw when served. i was not to clever about them and well dont need to explain how i spent my next day...

If you know what to expect & get as a cheap holiday then its worth it as a base, but not 4* anymore

Good fresh produce Staff friendly and helpful, quick at clearing plates etc in the restaurant (majority of the time) Stunning pool Good pool/snack bar The choice of bars Always get a sunbed Large spacious rooms Lifts Taxi 3 -4 euros to the square or the beach A selection of bars/restaurants and shops within 10 minutes walk Cactus Jacks have a 10 euro 3 course meal with the best fillet steak I have had for a while (and a decent size too), good drinks and entertainment every night.

It is right on the edge of the resort, with just mountains around. Loose tiles around the outside jacuzzi and generally lose flats/tiles Some very saggy sunbeds Broken concrete towards the playground Playground totally unsafe Pool needs repainting Inside spa has a lot of loose or missing tiles and a load of grit/gravel in the bottom - obviously not maintained Windows very dusty and dirty - not been cleaned for a long time. Can be loud if you are near the main entertainment bar as can hear everything until closing If you are a fussy eater or have children - you may struggle with the choice and selection of food offered. Carpets very worn and threadbare - accident waiting to happen on the stairs if wearing heels and get caught in a hole Old tired furniture throughout the hotel, including the rooms,it desperately needs a makeover to bring it back to former glory - a lot of long term visitors have said it has really gone downhill and wouldnt return. Not an issue for us, but easily a 20 - 25 min walk to the centre or beach, uphill on way back Courtesy bus times are a bit random so we didnt use There is a quiet side to the pool but the animation didnt even come around to ask if anyone wanted to do something, the sound system announcing anything was very unclear and hard to make out. No sockets by the bed, in fact only 1 we could use near the balcony, we needed to move a table as its half way up the wall Rooms not very clean - very dusty and smeared mirrors, lighting is warm bulbs - not ideal for make up - despite being a big mirror with lights above, no make up mirror in bathroom. Could also do with a full length mirror, plenty of wall space for it.

Disappointing

The staff are excellent The pool area is nice The lobby bars and entertainment was good all the ok in line with the rest of the hotel the carpets are old dirty Its just 20 years our of date

This hotel when new must have been one of the best in Europe but them days are long gone Its so dated its funny its like going back in time the rooms ares so dated old furniture no coffee tea facility Tv Spanish only tv are about 15 years old its all just tired curtains are dirty patio doors are hanging off The pool area saves it bur the tennis courts and pathways down to them are all broken up its just needs closing And refurbishing its just not to the standard current hotels

Very dated and food was a little below standard. The vending machines were not working when we arrived on 26th December and remains broken when we left.they took money but no goods dispensed. The reception staff were aware of this, however, no notice was ever placed on the machine. I feel this is extremely unfair and lazy from the hotel staff in general.

Horrible place for Lanzarote standing

The perfect place for people who likes old style room with smelly carpet, disgusting buffet food, noisy hall and not understanding receptionnist. On top of the bad quality of this hotel, we booked for 2 adults and a 2 years old child. They wanted to give us 2 seperated rooms with 2x2 single beds. We had to scream at the reception to get a travel cot and we obviously did not use the second room. They did not reimboursed us (yet) for the useless extra room. Anyway not a place for us
