Disappointing with a little effort it could and shoukd be outstanding

Location to family The Beachfront private setting and overall look of place it appeared clean when we arrived but cleaners dont deep clean which was obvious when noise from something in the air conditioning unit caused the master bed to be moved away from the wall in case it fell out

Infestation of insects had eaten into mattress and wall behind bed in master bedroom Have photos its quite disturbing Didnt end up using the master bedroom after first night put mattress in lounge Same insect nests in 2nd bedroom The air conditioning wasnt working in 2nd bedroom nor was ceiling light Woke with many bites though didnt find evidence of bed bugs There are some sort of wasp nests behind paintings Kitchen tap about to fall off toilet seat doesnt fit correctly large timber folding doors to 2nd bedroom are off the rails so dont close for any privacy and feel like they could fall One towel each for 4 nights seemed a little mean Its a beautiful place in a beautiful setting but in desperate need of maintenance

The location was excellent. We would love to come back and stay longer

The shower could have a better screen and ventilation in the bathroom and some more Polaris/cutlery and a dishwasher

It was absolutely beautiful. My niece and I had a very relaxing time at your amazing cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable and very pretty. The view was truly amazing. We both thought we were in heaven.

Only one thing we thought could be improved on was the shower. It was just that the water escaped onto the floor due to the small lip of the shower recess.

Exceptional relaxation. Loved the decor and the position.

A fuse blew and we couldnt use the toaster and microwave. We wanted twin beds, but maybe this wasnt explicit

Great location 10 mins from Port Douglas. We love quiet & privacy, & ability to self cater. This place was perfect for that.

location was lovely, with great views

kitchen sides, cutlery etc was all sticky - we had to wash all cutlery & plates before use although aware that the cabin was remote and surrounded by nature, what we were unaware of was the extent of how many insects, geckos etc would be roaming around the cabin
