Disappointing

Put your money somewhere else.

The front desk was nice.

The first room we were in had carpet fleas, mold, stunk of pot, the fold our couch bed didn't work, and the TV didn't work. We asked to switch rooms and they accommodated but not until the next day since house cleaning didn't clean all the vancant rooms that day. The 2nd room smelt a lot better, and everything worked except there were 1 - 2 baby cockroaches we killed in the bathroom every morning. We ended up leaving early and going somewhere else because of it. Also, they don't do the breakfast anymore, and the pool was out of order and closed. The hot tub was open, however, the water was green and looked disgusting, so we didn't use it. It's sad because this was the 4th time we've stayed here. Typically, it's a great value and very clean. We were shocked and disappointed. Don't think we will stay here again. The worse part is this was what my kids and I voted to do for Christmas vacation this year and drove down from Minnesota.

The location. I went there on New Years Eve to see the fireworks and had a great view overlooking the ocean.

The water in the shower was lukewarm. The heater/air conditioner didnt work in the sitting area. The tile floor in the bathroom needed to be swept and mopped. There were no paper towels. There was no extra blankets for us to use because we like to wrap them around us while watching the fireworks.

Beach view with a side of roaches and trash!

I absolutely loved the location right on beach

The beach view was nice, but the walkover from the room to the beach was filthy! There was so much trash! The rooms are very outdated and we ended up leaving early due to roaches!

Disappointing. My family and I will not stay here again.

That it was Beachfront

My family and I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. I called everyday and on the 5th night my family and I were finally brought clean towels (we had no clean towels for 4 out of 5 nights). We were not informed that we would not have clean towels everyday and had to use our beach towels. There was no soap in the kitchen or the bathroom. No one came any day to clean and change the bed linens (no clean bed linens the entire 5 night stay). Although the property offered free WiFi apparently it does not reach the 7th floor. Although this was out of our control there were people smoking pot at the property to the point our room began to have the odor (not cool with my 8th month old niece). Again this is not something we could control. The pool and hot tub were both down (possibly because of the time of year) but still a little disappointing.

WiFi wasnt working, rooms were dirty, we were moved multiple times because water wasnt hot. Overall very poor quality.

The location was great! Beautiful view of beach from the room

Choose this hotel because it said there was a heated pool. But when we got there the pool was roped off/closed. Very disappointing for the whole family. Stove and dining chairs had obvious signs of wear and tear. Also, there were not enough towels left in the room for everyone. Was there for a week and trash was piling up but no instructions given about what to do with it.
