Very good

Nice and clean hotel in Florence

The building was renovated, and the room was modern and clean. The hotel had an arrangement with a parking nearby offering a discount on the daily rate. The location is not exactly central, but it is a quiet area, easily walkable to/from main attractions. Overall, it was a nice stay for 2 nights in Florence.

The size of the shower was rather small. The staff was not particularly polite. The hotel did not have a space outside to load/unload baggage.

Everything was great! We spent 14 days in like 5 hotels in different cities and this one was the one i liked the most. They have staff at the reception when we reached, the staff gave us a map and introduced us all places we needed to visit. He also introduced a couple of places to have breakfast nearby. It was very close to bus stations. The facilities were very modern, everything was very clean. It was amazing.

Excellent Inn with lovely amenities

Stayed here with my daughter and we loved the walk along the water to the historic downtown. Was close to some delicious restaurant recommendations that the front desk staff made. Loved the room. It was spacious and felt high-end with fresh renovations. We felt safe and cared for. Nice to have the coffee and refrigerated water as well as the extra toiletries in the bathroom. Would stay here again. Quiet and restful.

Highly recommend - great value

Highly recommend for Florence. Close to plenty of awesome restaurants and cafes. Right on the river and only a short 20 min walk into the main part of town. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Staff are the best Ive encountered - so many great recommendations.

Clean, modern, comfortable . Friendly staff and close to all amenities

Location was close to the train station and eateries. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was amazing!, very clean and extras like, beautiful robes& slippers, brand name body care, fresh linen, comfortable bed and the room smelt wonderful. Highly recommend.

Beware of bed bugs

I arrived at the hotel in the evening and found a bed bug crawling in the sheets. I contacted reception but they cannot find a spare room so they were only able to change the sheets (which isnt sufficient as bed bugs might have spread in the room/hotel). I had to find a room at another hotel at 11 pm. I was later informed by the hotel that it mightve been a mosquito as the hotel is located near a river, but it is clear from the photos (which were also sent to the hotel, together with a video) that its not the case. The hotel has also agreed to a full refund. If it wasnt a bed bug, I dont think any hotel would be willing to refund the full amount. There is no reason why I would make a fuss out of it if it was just a mosquito or other insect and vacate the hotel and look for another hotel at 11 pm. I dont know if this is an isolated case or if it has spread in the hotel but I would not revisit in the short term.
