Very good

Probably would stay again

It felt relatively safe even tho the neighbourhood was maybe not the best. The staff was friendly and funny, the rooms clean and spacious. We had a small balcony overlooking the city which we really appreciated. It was quiet in the b&b in general but outdoors was a bit noisy since as mentioned it is not the best neighbourhood in Marseille. But we probably would stay there again since the staff really made the stay easy and it is one of the budget options.

Staff stopped me on my way out in the morning just to see if I checked out. This shouldn't be necessary.

Comfortable, value for money, but food choices limited

The hotel is located within 500 metres of metro station and is connected to the rest of the city by bus/metro/cab with easy access. A couple of good eateries around and the La Timone hospital is just across the street. The staff is extremely helpful and cheerful.. they answered each query and helped in every manner possible

Limited availability of food choices. I am a vegetarian and did not find any hot items that I could eat in breakfast - not even hash browns. No kitchen/utensils available to heat own food were available. No regular lunch/dinner facilities though staff were willing to prepare some food items on request (limited veg options)

The rom was comfy generally Nice view-Convenient location! The guy at the reception when we checked in was the best..wish i asked his name to mention him!

The only thing it wasnt comfortable was the bathroom. For some reason they gave us a room for people with disability issues so the bathroom was wheelchair-accesible There was no bath tub or shower..all the water was spreaded on the floor

The staff was extremely friendly! The location is quote good if you use the subway.

The design of the shower is questionable (the bathroom gets flooded). As a result there is mould on the wall.

Superb

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. All I needed for a very reasonable price. Plus, it was less than 5 minutes' walk to the metro or buses. .
