Awful experience
Very clean and close to Geneva airport.
I received message through Booking com app and requesting to make payment additionally because of the failure of my payment transaction but it was phishing scam. B&B Hotel was saying their system was hacked and they are a victim of this criminal with no apology/no explanation. I strongly request Booking com and B&B Hotel to reach out customers who will be potentially affected to prevent phishing scam immediately after they notice the hacking and also to put warning messages on app about phishing scam.

Thanks to the staff for a great night at B&B Hotel Geneva. We would definitely stay here again.
The staff were great. Breakfast was amazing. The price was very good. The location was handy to the airport. The free transport tickets we were given allowed us to spend a great day sight seeing in Geneva.
There was nothing we didn't ike. We are very grateful for a wonderful stay. We only had one night because we were in transit through Geneva, but it turned an overnight stopover into a wonderful mini holiday.

Clean,comfortable, friendly. Staff were knowledgeable on locations and advice how to get around the city - until I got my bearings of surroundings.
Limitation of airport shuttle- which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel.
