Perfect only let down was room

Visited this property on numerous occasions, drank inside and outside, had meals there on many occasions, always wanted to stay overnight there, we paid 100 for overnight stay, and were given third floor annexe room at rear, with a view of a flat roof at eye level and rear yard, room was neatly decorated, but dusty, one chair between 2, bathroom was on the small side and shower doors wouldnt close to seal properly, no shelf for soap shampoo etc, so a bit disappointed there, breakfast was second to none, self service and quality food stuff, overall nice hotel but felt let down a bit with room 312

Lovely friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and the bar and grill has a good menu and quality food.

The only thing that I would say is, the wood at the foot of the bed is quite sharp but that's just a,small thing.

Fantastic location. Room very nice and clean. Lovely friendly staff. Booked a meal with friends in the restaurant and it was amazing and great value for money. Highly recommend a stay here

Baytree Hotel Llandudno

Excited we managed get in, as always sold out, loved how close to prom it was, as we always go as close as possible, we loved the sea view, Breakfast was great, It was self serve but I am happy with that and good choice, cereals toast & fully cooked, tea/coffee, juice all available, Set up with all Xmas Dec's now, and looks great, Breakfast room is really big plenty room, Lift which is always helpful, Bed very comfy, and lovely crisp white bedspread set, and Towels were lovely white & soft. Staff are very helpful & friendly, lovely talk to,

Have 2 things 1, they have been decorating, and smell in our room was still there although my husband has no sense smell so he couldn't smell anything,but room looked lovely, 2nd Shower mat could do renewing or good scrub, as rather black underneath, apart from that really couldn't say anything else.

Location and breakfast was good

Room was expensive given it was so basic. TV and radiator didn't work - shower was nasty (grouting was black) so didn't use it. Picture on line bore no resemblance to the room

Enjoyed the stay

Breakfast was really nice. The room was nice we chose to pay extra for a sea view but the bed was a very small 4ft6 double and we are average sized people. Also didn't like the idea of paper cups for tea and coffee although there was plenty of tea coffee etc provided and no glasses in the room. The location was lovely and no problem with parking in November.

Paper cups and the bed was too small which I am sure can easily be put right

Room was very small nothing like picture toilet had previously leaked by the look of it and been bodged which absolutely stank thats all you could smell all night we had come to stay following my partner being in for 5 weeks and going daily to llandudno hospital for a drip we thought we would have a nice treat this was way overpriced as with one eye he had to shuffle past the bottom of bed to get to the other side as no room to walk the walls had holes with filler in and not painted shower dirty and mouldy ceiling mouldy we couldnt wait to get to the hospital in the morning an hour early so we could get home for a shower as not washing in that place stayed in places much cheaper that was clean and spacious will never stay there again
