Came up short on hospitality

The shades in the room were in a track, which helped the room to be dark. There wasn't any light coming in. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. We were close to the elevator. The location of the property was good for us. It's out of the way of all the traffic but still close to a grocery store and restaurants. They were taking out all the beds when we were checking out. I hope they are getting all new ones.

The fridge was too too small. The microwave was out in the hall and wasn't cleaned. There was no plug for the bathtub. The bed was old. It had springs in the mattress, and it was hard on my back. My main complaint is that they shut down amenities of the hotel even though there were guest still in rooms, and we were never aware that there would be remodeling going on after the new year holiday. The housekeeping staff was lax. We only had one washcloth, and when I asked for another, he said they couldn't get more because the laundry wasn't done, and this was at check-in just before 7:00 p.m.. rooms were left uncleaned, and none of them checked to clean the microwave. Even after I left it open when the staff was present. Most of the staff we encountered never said hi or anything except one lady who had blonde hair. I wish I had gotten her name.

Exceptional

Family friendly, wonderful accommodations, and a great price. My whole family loved our stay there.

The amenities were phenomenal, our family absolutely loved the wonderful breakfast and complementary dessert each night, the staff were so friendly and helpful!

Parking is a bit crowded if I had anything to negative to say but even thats a stretch.

When we arrived, our reservation had been totally canceled and our rooms given to someone else. My modified reservation was for 2 king rooms, we were placed in 2 double queen rooms. The rooms were not clean, we had to ask for toilet paper. The water for the shower kept getting warm to freezing cold, we never had hot water. They deactivated our room keys an hour prior to check out. The lights in the room had a short and only worked part of the time. The heater had space around it where you could see the outside. The breakfast area had thick dust on blinds and on the the bottom of the chairs. Pool was dirty, had stuff floating in it and there was soap in the hot tube.

Superb

The room was great. However, it would have been nice if a recliner had been in the room. I have a bad knee and cannot sleep in a bed. I tried to sleep in the chair but was very uncomfortable.

The chair in the room was very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Hot tub works. Room looks decent. Staff was friendly. Free drinks (water, lemonade, coffee, tea, hot chocolate by the lobby). Icecream free from 9-11 pm except Sunday. Microwave in every floor by the elevator

Sheet didnt get changed. Found dirty sheets upon checking in. Only two pillows per bed. Carpet looks old. Location is not convenient

Disappointing

It would not be the first place I looked to for a room the next time I come to Branson.

It was located off the strip but still easy access to places. We did like the blackout shades on the window.

The wait to check in. The first room had not been cleaned. I asked them for a different room because they had put us clear at the end of the hall and currently Im having difficulty walking. The new room did not have a plug for the bathtub when I called and asked for one they said they didnt have any because people kept taking them. When I asked for one the next morning they handed me one that wouldnt work so I pointed out someone could go to Walmart and buy one. She told me she didnt like my attitude. Well I didnt like hers either but I didnt tell her instead I went to Walmart and bought the $2.50 plug to use for the remainder of our stay. We only ate breakfast there once because we were not impressed. The biscuits and gravy were good but the eggs werent and the only waffle iron was gross. The beds were not very comfortable and I found a long, thick black hair in the bathtub and none of us have long black hair. Pool was not impressive and the hours were too short.

No place like home

The hotel at first impression looked clean and nice when I walked in to check-in, indoor pool and hot tub dessert

Immediately upon entering the suit I could tell it was clean but not properly sanitized (I was a lead housekeeper during covid at a 5 star facility) the jacuzzi tub had long and short hair inside and around, sheets and comforter had unwashed looking stains, bathroom toilet seat had urine stains under, hair dryer covered in dust and hair, dried toothpaste on the sink backslash, coffee maker had dry crusty hardwater stains and was wiped out with a towel so if you did make coffee who knows what all you would drink with it, the Breakfast well I will say took one bite and threw it away upon leaving I kindly let the woman know about my stay and that I would like to cancel my reservation to stay another evening and the only response she had was hmm and to look up at the manager on the phone I guess hoping he didn't here me in the end try anywhere else unless you are okay with seeing signs of the last people who stayed in the room hair and all I could have taken DNA that's how bad it was and almost $200 for 1 night
