Disappointing and hidden charges

Excellent location and views of Lugano. Good WiFi

For the cost and adverts we were expecting quite a nice apartment to spend our week. We were very disappointed. It was very old fashioned. There were additional costs for electricity, Towels, Bed linen. There was no oven, not sufficient in terms of crockery & cutlery, and a problem with ants. There was a sofa bed advertised and we paid really pricey additional costs for friend to stay in that for 4 nights - despite renting the whole apartment. We expected tourist tax but not close to 400 additional costs. The view and setting was fabulous.
