    Accommodation and food we're Excellent, staff very helpful.
    Good choice of cooked breakfasts, all good quality ingredients. Room was very quiet and heated for our arrival. Spotlessly clean.
    Mattress very soft, but that's a personal thing.

    Excellent hotel and staff are friendly and very helpful.
    Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this hotel. It is in an ideal spot with sea views and central to Crail amenities. Dinners and breakfasts were excellent. We will be back. Room was exceptional.
    Absolutely nothing. Cannot be faulted in any way.

    Recently refurbished, rooms good. Nice hotel, good parking
    Not a fan of wooden flooring in rooms as sound carries. Breakfast was ok once I'd opted for a bacon sandwich, but poached eggs on the first morning were poor, over done and hard. We had to ask twice for the heating to be put on in the evening. This has to be done manually, not great. And the room wasn't serviced on any day. Had to ask for refreshed coffee and milk and bins not emptied. Not what I would expect for the price really, I'm afraid.

    Balcomie Stay
    The owners of the Hotel were lovely and very welcoming. They were always about first thing in the morning and the evening, very visible. Gillian who was responsible for hospitality was very personable and friendly.

    Room was nice and clean. Shower was good.
    Doors don't have dead locks. I forgot to lock room when we were getting ready for a night out and someone tried to enter the room. Luckily I managed to stop them before the were fully in the room.
