Good clean accommodation with lots of food choices

Immaculately clean, good food choice, good pools for children.

Too far out from centre. Drinks very cheap brands and plastic glasses even in the bar.

Served its purpose but would not book again!

The majority of the staff were exceptional with their customer service, however the Barman at the pool bar was extremely rude. He was rude to the children and refused to give them juice after 23.10 shouting saying the bar closes at midnight and everything should be closed and the staff should be out. The other barman was telling him this wasnt true however he was adamant we werent getting served. After speaking to reception the following day that was soon rectified and they confirmed the bar was serving until midnight and we didnt see him again. The woman who does the pathetic excuse of kids entertainment told my autistic daughter to be quiet and stop laughing.

The childrens pool with slides were shut. There was a small pool for younger children which had a hole in it and was covered by parasol holders (under water) which my daughter did not notice and fell over causing extreme traumatic bruising on her thigh. The lifeguard could not care less and said they were there to cover the hole in the pool. The other hotel pool was like a building site with workmen walking around which is quite uncomfortable when you are trying to sunbathe. Upon arrival we were over powered with the smell of cleaning stuff - to the point it gave us a sore head and we woke up the following morning with migraines. When the smell wore off it was apparent it was trying to cover up the smell of mould/dampness. The toilet literally came away from the floor when you sat on it! & they do not allow children to play with floaties in the pool - even though the childrens slide pool was closed there were no exceptions - of course unless you were Spanish. In that case you can have as many floaties in the pool as you like! I had to deal with the rubbish left from the apartment next door when they left. For 3 days there were bags of rubbish on the balcony, plates, cups etc, it was disgusting and Im surprised it didnt attract rats.

Very average hotel with incompetent staff, sub par food and even worse clientele. Very much a chavvy Brits abroad type property. Location is also a decent walk from the beach and restaurants

The apartment was comfortable and clean

Stayed room only and what looked like a fridge in the room was not suitable to keep milk fresh. Not suitable for a self catering Holiday. Also left my Kindle in the apartment and requested it to be posted which did not happen even I promised to return the postage money

I had an amazing time here and I really recommend this hotel to everyone!

I spent an amazing time here and I really recommend this hotel to everyone. Great location, very clean, good food and very nice receptionist ladies who will help with any problem. Thank you very much for that. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Definitely the best place I have stayed overnight in Lanzarote.

If I really have to complain already, it was very small small thing, because everything else was perfect. Unfortunately, I had to work during my stay and it was conspicuous that the internet was very slow in the mornings and evenings.

Brilliant, would definitely use again

Clean, excellent staff, great facilities, all round good experience.

Tea/coffee making facilities in room could be improved, did not stock up and no coffee available. Neighbours were potheads and all we could smell was weed.

Very nice property with good breakfast, even though our bathroom door was broken and we couldnt close it but we had a very good stay, I would definitely book the hotel again
