Very good

Our Christmas chill time.

Once room choice was sorted it was lovely. Loved the beach and the aqua aerobics class.

Bit slow sorting out issues Rodizzio restaurant did not work for us. Having to collect food and wait for meat food was cold.

Superb

Very relaxing vacation and birthday celebration

The check in went smoothly and we were given a room that was recently renovated. The bathroom was nicely laid out and the bed was very comfortable. As expected from our previous stays, the food and the drinks as well as the service overall was top notch. We really enjoyed our relaxing vacation.

There was an odor that emanated from our bathroom that we could not explain

Enjoyable!

Fourth visit. We love the location, amenities and the various dining options,. A-la-cart is usually a hit or miss (nothing to rave about).

I was surprised that they have now limited the number of Alacarte to 1 for 3 nights stay, 2 for 5 nights stay etc. Its no longer an option either, if you are being TOLD the restaurant they pre-selected for you. As, a result we did buffet for the entire stay. The Junior Suite has 2 lights in the bedroom area and no light in the sitting area... that was quite odd. Beware of their time share, they promote flexibility, but at time of booking, wants you to book 2 yrs in advance (nothing special).

Not a 5 star resort. Poor services and just felt not up to standard in comparison to previous Bahia vacation in Punta Ca

Beach and pool were good. Some entertainment was good

Poor management. Definitely not a 5 star. The staff were all not very friendly. Many restaurants were said to be fully booked but every time we ate at a restaurant it was 30% empty. Even staff complained. Worst was they messed up the church service time on Christmas Day. 4 staff members confirmed 10:00am but when we got there they then told us it was at 8am.

Clean. Good people. Family friendly. Good food.

Staff was amazing. You go to jamaica for the people. They are family people and warm hearts. They made us feel welcome. I was amazed with how clean the washrooms were and how there was a cleaning crew at every corner picking up and cleaning. Traveling with 3 young kids can get messy and they would do a great job making our hotel room be clean and picked up . It was relaxing coming back to a tidy room after being at the beach all morning. Food was abundant. No complaints. Nobody fell sick from any food or water ! Lors of activities for both kids and adults. The kids club was super! Fun activities all-day ! The entertainment team was really fun! Love them Honestly. The hotel is about 15 years old so there are some items that would need to be arranged but being on vacation, if the wall is perfect or not won't change if I have fun. The water park for the kids was big enough for the kids to play for hours and make new friends. The beach WOW The pool so nice! Very lean again! The cleanliness is really remarkable. Again. Great people!
