Ok, not great there was a party outside and could not sleep

Good price, weird location there was a party outside on a sunday at 11 pm

Its advertised to have airport shuttle and its not true you have to pay for a transport vehicle called by the property to pick you up

Bed was comfortable Room was basic

The ladies at the reception were not able to communicate in English, I think this is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Or it should be stated otherwise. The soundproof of the room was very bad, I could hear the tv from the next room and the person coughing. The towels are bad. They smell weird and are badly hard.

Comfortable rooms and good location for US-Visa issuance. Maria from the staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs, always willing to help with lots of kindness

Rooms offered hair dryer and Coffi machine while booking, but actually was not available once at the hotel.

Jacuzzi in the room

You can only use once per night the jacuzzi. There are not options for breakfast different than egg (only cheese sandwich, that was cold). There is no mini bar in the room.
