Free parking on site, clean room, really friendly staff. A lot of take aways nearby if you want to get food or Uber eats it. Both way lock so can also lock room when inside. And really cheap considering it's not too far from London city centre

DO NOT STAY HERE if you actually want to get some sleep. Worst night of sleep (or lack of it) ever.

To be fair the member of staff on reception was very friendly on arrival (nobody around in the morning when I checked out) and the room was clean if rather tired.

Worst night's stay I've had due to one of the residences being constantly in and out of a room all night with a noisy door banging every time. When I say "constant" I mean almost every 20-30 minutes. When I say "all night" I mean right until about 5am. Impossible to actually get any sleep and I have no idea what was being transacted that needed such comings and goings. Also, at various points in the night there were people smoking a variety of substances beneath the window of the room I was staying in so not very pleasant at all. Some of the other reviews also refer to the "noise" but what I experienced made me very anxious about what was going on either inside or outside of the hotel.

An ultimate choice

We loved almost everything, it is clean, warm beautifully kept and we were far more than happy, we will stay again every time we need accomodation handy for Luton Airport. The staff are exceptionally helpful.

There was only one thing that we wernt to happy about. The dining room only serves one kind of food and although it was an excelent standard, the menu is very limited and could do with more choice. Other than that, we cant fault it
